Returns & Exchanges

FUDGE wants you to be happy and sure about your purchase and our aim is to make it as easy as possible.  We are certain you will LOVE your purchase but in the off chance there may be something you need to change, please follow the details below!

Damaged / Faulty Items or Products

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, in the first instance, please email photos and information to returns@fudgegifts.com.au and we will process accordingly.  We will then contact you as to how we will move forward. 

Clothing item does not fit

Please fill in the FUDGE Returns Form with all required information.  You will then need to post the item back to us at FUDGE HQ at your expense.  Also include a self-addressed return satchel as FUDGE is not liable for the return postage costs of the new sized item.  If no satchel is included, we will call you for postage costs incurred.  Any issues or questions, please send an email to return@fudgegifts.com.au or call us on (03) 88388925.

Change of Mind

We will accept returns for change of mind within 14 Days of you the customer receiving your order.  Please send your item back to us here at FUDGE HQ along with a completed FUDGE Returns Form.  Obviously the items needs to be unused, unworn, unwashed, still in original undamaged packaging and with all tags still intact and attached (dependant on what item or product is purchased).

Sale or Discounted items

Sorry we do not exchange or refund sale or discounted items.

For all returns, refunds and exchanges, please allow up to 5 days from when we receive for your returns form for processing.
